Join Katie Bell from Mansfield Youth Services for a fun, family-friendly introduction to mindfulness through storytelling, movement, meditation and crafts. Attendance for all five weeks is encouraged as it will enhance the experience, but is not required. Each program is different; come to as many as you can!
Today we’ll explore “awareness of breath.” We’ll talk about what we mean by mindfulness, we’ll listen to a story, breathe like different animals, try the “little frog” meditation and do some frog origami.
