Join Katie Bell from Mansfield Youth Services for a fun, family-friendly introduction to mindfulness through storytelling, movement, meditation and crafts. Attendance for all five weeks is encouraged as it will enhance the experience, but is not required. Each program is different; come to as many as you can!
Today we’ll explore “awareness of kindness and compassion.” We’ll try some Cosmic Kid yoga, listen to a story, do a self-compassion meditation and a rock painting craft.
