Homebound Delivery

We want to provide the opportunity for Mansfield residents to continue to receive library services even if it is not possible to get to the library.

We provide a personalized delivery service to Mansfield residents confined to their homes due to: physical disability; visual impairment; temporary convalescence from illness, injury or surgery; lack of transportation; or for Individuals with health issues that make them medically vulnerable during the current pandemic.

You may choose books, audiobooks, and movies on DVD.  There are no fines or fees, and there is a longer lending period for these items.

Please fill out the form below or contact Peggy, the Public Service Librarian at 860.423.2501 or email mccarthyml@mansfieldct.org to discuss getting started with this service.

Material requested will be collected by staff wearing gloves and masks to avoid any contamination.  Once material is checked out, the material will be placed in a brown paper bag and delivered to your address. Bag will be dropped off at a predetermined time and location.
