Christopher Agostino is a storyteller and a painter, and he combines those arts in a unique way. The result is “Storyfaces,” which features beautiful face art and expressive storytelling. Although we still can’t have live programs, Christopher has put together a video for families to enjoy. Here you’ll see some of his favorite stories come to life on the painted faces of volunteers filmed at a live performance.
After watching the movie you can go to http://agostinoarts.com/storyfacesmovie for more information, story content, discussion topics and various activity options, including “The Amazing Face Story Activity”, a hands-on, at-home activity, in which kids create an original story starring themselves.
The Storyfaces Movie will be available to us from January 24-31. The video link currently has a trailer which you may watch anytime. On Jan 24 the actual movie will be turned on; just use the same link to watch the movie. You may watch as many times as you want during the time period.
