Join Katie Bell from Mansfield Youth Services for a fun, family-friendly introduction to mindfulness through storytelling, movement, meditation and crafts. Attendance for all five weeks is encouraged as it will enhance the experience, but is not required. Each program is different; come to as many as you can!
Today we’ll explore “awareness of emotions.” We’ll try some Cosmic Kids yoga and a cloud meditation, we’ll figure out our personal weather reports and blow out our grumpies, and we’ll make calm down jars.
