Due to the uncertain weather this evening, we’ll be using the raindate- Friday, July 23 at 6:30pm. Hope you can join us!
John McDonough’s Pumpernickel Puppets presents a puppet variety show designed to be performed outside, and featuring a series of quick puppet sketches and visits with puppet friends. You never know who you’re going to meet, but with Pumpernickel Puppets it’s sure to be surprising and funny! This program is supported by a grant from the Connecticut Humanities Council. Raindate is Friday July 23 at 6:30 PM
All our programs will be outside this summer. You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on. Masks are required inside the building and for outside activities when we gather together in a group. Please remember this is a public space; we all are experiencing different comfort levels as we increase our activities. We want everyone to feel safe coming to the Library.
Outside programming means possible weather cancellations; please understand that for some of our performers wind is as much of a problem as rain. For some performers you will see a designated rain date; for others the date will be determined. If we have to reschedule we will find a date as close to the original date as possible. Sign up for our email/text alerts to receive up to date information about Library programs.
