Roger is an audience favorite who has visited the library on a number of occasions. He’s a singer, musician and storyteller who plays numerous instruments and knows just how to get an audience involved. This highly interactive program of songs and singing games from around the world will encourage kids to sing, dance, move, imitate animals and participate in call and response games, while learning about a variety of interesting instruments. Roger’s program is supported by a grant from the Connecticut Humanities Council. For more information about Roger visit https://rogertincknell.com
All our programs will be outside this summer. You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on. Masks are required inside the building and for outside activities when we are gathered together in a group. Please remember this is a public space; we all are experiencing different comfort levels as we increase our activities. We want everyone to feel safe coming to the Library.
Outside programming means possible weather cancellations; please understand that for some of our performers wind is as much of a problem as rain. For some performers you will see a designated rain date; for others the date will be determined. If we have to reschedule we will find a date as close to the original date as possible.
