Thank you for thinking of the Community Center to host your birthday party! Please note, certain party rental add-on options are temporarily unavailable. The Party Rental Form below includes the modified options available beginning mid-October 2024. Older versions of the party rental form are not accepted. Party requests must be made no less than 3-weeks in advance. Confirmation of dates occurs after submission of the request. Please drop off your request form to the Community Center Reception Desk, or email to parksandrec@mansfieldct.org for review and confirmation. Payment is due in full two weeks in advance of your scheduled party date.
