Mansfield Library's Cookbook Club meets every third Thursday in the program room from 6 to 7 PM.
This month we are talking rice. Rice appears in many New Year traditions around the world because it symbolizes abundance, luck, and fresh beginnings. Cooking with rice at the start of the year is a way to welcome prosperity and connect with generations who’ve done the same.
All you need to do to join us is show up!
Bring a rice dish if you’d like to share and swap. If you can’t bring one, don’t worry, there will be plenty to try.
