Dear Mansfield Commercial Property Owner,
The 2023 Income and Expense Forms are due to be completed and filed with the Assessor by June 1, 2024. Please be on the lookout in the mail for these forms in the month of February 1, 2024. Forms will also be available from the Assessor page of the town website, under "Income and Expense Forms".
Failure to file by June 1, 2024 will result in a 10% non-filer assessment penalty.
