Transportation Services

Windham Regional Transit District (WRTD)

WRTD continues to provide transportation to Ashford, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Lebanon, Mansfield, Scotland, Willington and Windham through both Dial-A-Ride services and fixed route buses. WRTD also provides connections to transit services in Danielson, Mansfield and Norwich. Senior Center Transportation Program

The Senior Center Transportation Program is available for non-emergency medical rides. Prior to transportation, participants must self certify that they have not experienced COVID-19 CDC-defined symptoms, including cough, shortness of breath, or fever. Shopping & Errand Runs

We offer routed shopping and errand runs every Tuesday at 10 a.m. Stops include Big Y and East Brook Mall (weekly), Price Chopper (1st and 3rd Tuesdays), and Walmart and Aldi (2nd and 4th Tuesdays); transportation for errands to the pharmacy, bank and/or other local stops is also available upon request. Transportation to Mobile Foodshare
