Applying for Our Housing Programs

If the housing program waiting list for which you want to apply does not appear in the drop-down box on the application that means the list is closed. Placement on a waiting list does not mean that you are eligible for assistance. A final determination of eligibility will be made when you are selected from the waiting list.

After submitting your application to us, you will be able to log onto WaitListCheck and use your birth year and social security number to check your status.

Required Information

Before accessing our application, you will need to gather the following information for each household member:

  1. Annual income from all sources (including income such as cash assistance, child support, alimony, unemployment) and employer name and address, if applicable
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Full legal name as stated on the Social Security card
  4. If needed, alternate contact information (name, mailing address, email address, telephone number) for the person who will assist you with completing future paperwork
  5. Social Security Number
