Please complete the application below and send to FigueroaY@mansfieldct.org by November 13, 2024. Applications can also be dropped off or mailed to the Mansfield Human Services office, 303 Maple Road.  Applications received after Nov. 13th are not guaranteed.

The Mansfield Holiday Program provides assistance to families in the community for the holidays. We partner with the Mansfield Resident State Trooper's Office and their Stuff-A-Cruiser events to provide new and unwrapped toys to all participants of the Holiday Program. We also utilize donations from our generous donors to provide even greater assistance to children and families in our community this time of year.  This year we are bringing back our child and family sponsorship program at the request of recipients.  Please contact the Human Services office with any questions at 860-429-3315
