Human Services

The primary mission of the Human Services Department is to promote independence, personal enrichment and an enhanced quality of life for Mansfield residents of all ages through a variety of programs and services.  The department is organized into three service areas:  Youth Services, Human Services, Senior Services.

The Department of Human Services serves persons of all ages and incomes.  All services of the department are available without regard to physical, emotional, sensory or developmental impairment, race, color, sex, sexual orientation, relligion or national origin in accordance with Federal and State Equal opportunity Laws.
