The Betsy Hamill Memorial Campership Fund provides camp scholarships to Mansfield youth in need thanks to generous donations from members of the community. 2026 INCOME GUIDELINES IMAGE


Applicants will be asked for the following information: 

    • 1. Proof of residency for a minimum of 6 months
    • 2. Income statements for all eligible income earners
    • 3. Tax returns statements
    • 4. Other documentation may be requested as required.

  3. The Department of Human Services provides our Back-to-School Program, which helps families by providing school supplies and assistance to purchase other back to school necessities. 

    If you or your household currently participates in the Town of Mansfield Fee Waiver Program, you automatically qualify for the Back to School Program and do not need to submit additional information with the attached application.   

  4. If you do not participate in the Fee Waiver Program, eligibility is based on residency and income.  The application outlines these requirements, which you can access below.
