Good News! The Mansfield Town Council voted to continue both SilverSneakers® and Renew Active® memberships at the Mansfield Community Center.

If you are eligible through your Medicare Advantage or supplemental insurance plan, you may receive a FREE membership to the Mansfield Community Center.

How to Get Started

1. Confirm your eligibility with SilverSneakers® or Renew Active®.
2. Bring your confirmation codeto the Mansfield Community Center Front Desk.
   1. Can't find your confirmation code? No worries, we can look it up for you!
3. Complete a short membership form.
